Here's how the ELOS Focus Hour works

You book a one-hour video call and tell me what you want to work on. The questions in the booking form are designed to share all the information I need so I can come prepared — not just show up cold.

On the call, we go straight into it. No preamble, no lengthy introductions. Just your challenge, my thinking and expertise, and an hour to make real progress.

The Focus Hour works well for things like:

A specific decision you're stuck on — which direction to go, what to prioritise, how to approach something.

A technical challenge — a platform you can't get to work, two systems that won't connect, an email setup that needs fixing.

A systems or process problem — how to streamline something in your business that's taking more time than it should.

Some problems get talked through. Some get fixed on the call. Either way, you leave with more than you arrived with.

I've come from corporate, and ELOS Consulting isn't my first business.

My background spans biotech program management, coaching, and online business management.

Which means I'm equally comfortable working through a strategic question as I am rolling up my sleeves on a technical problem!
