In fact, the very name ELOS holds a special meaning – it’s inspired by the first two letters of my children's names, Elodie and Oscar, a constant reminder that family grounds everything I do.

The Journey that Shaped your New Strategic Partner
My career path has been anything but conventional, and it's this diverse background that allows me to bring a truly unique blend of experience to your table.
I grew up in France, born near Rouen in Normandy, and lived there until I was 21. That's when I embarked on a new chapter, moving to the beautiful island of Guernsey, where I met my wonderful husband. Since 2005, Scotland has been my home.
This journey across cultures has deeply enriched my perspective, enhancing my ability to connect and communicate.
My seven years in rigorous biotech project management taught me the absolute power of precision, meticulous planning, and adapting in complex environments. This wasn't just internal project work; I managed external, client-facing projects, primarily collaborating with biopharmaceutical clients. This meant navigating tight regulations and critical deadlines that could directly impact the lives of patients.
This "biotech edge" means I bring corporate-level detail and clarity to your entrepreneurial ventures, ensuring your purposeful vision is not just a dream, but a meticulously planned and executed reality. This is where my value of achievement shines – in guiding projects to successful, tangible outcomes.
Beyond my professional career, giving back and contributing to community has always been a vital part of my life. This philanthropic attitude is a direct reflection of my deep-seated purpose. I’ve proudly served as President of the French Association of French Speaking Parents for several years, an organisation dedicated to teaching French to bilingual children in Glasgow. My passion for education also led me to be a STEM Ambassador, leading science projects and family events in primary schools. I volunteer for Rainbow Valley charity, teaching heart coherence to cancer patients at residential courses.
These experiences underscore my commitment to making a tangible difference, showing how my values extend beyond business to truly impact lives and foster positive change in the world.
Personal and professional development has also always been a core focus for me. In recent years, I became a 3 x certified yoga teacher and a certified HeartMath coach, deepening my understanding of holistic wellbeing.
I am currently studying for a certification in Online Business Management. I genuinely love learning, which allows me to quickly pick up new information, stay ahead of the curve, and be incredibly adaptable to your evolving business needs. This continuous pursuit of knowledge directly informs my strategic insights and problem-solving approach for you.
