How much does it cost to work with you?
All my services and packages are typically based on a £35 hourly rate for execution support tasks and £55 hourly rate for the more strategic and operational tasks. Your estimate will reflect the time estimated for the project or service, including contingency hours to deal with the unexpected. This might also include travel time if the work is to be carried out face to face. Everything is customised to your needs and calculated to avoid any surprises!
How do you ensure mission alignment throughout our partnership?
Mission alignment is paramount. As mentioned, I'll start by deeply understanding your purpose, values, and everything that makes up your brand identity during our initial consultations. Throughout our work together, I'll continuously check in to ensure every system, process, and strategy we implement reinforces your core mission. I act as a trusted extension of your team, championing your unique approach and ensuring that efficiency always serves impact.
What if my needs change, or we need to adjust our partnership?
Your business is dynamic, and I always embrace flexibility. If your goals shift, you require a different type of support, or either party decides the partnership needs to evolve or end, we prioritise clear and calm communication. Our agreement include a notice period, which is project-based but is generally one month. This ensures a smooth transition, allowing ample time for knowledge transfer and ensuring your operations remain supported and your mission continues to thrive without disruption.
